Also add the reason for the translation, your Attorney's name or Immigration Office (If you have one) and your deadline. We will respond and request copies of your documents. Sending your DocumentsAfter our first contact, we will instruct you on how to easily send us your documents. It is always important to send excellent quality copies of all pages of your original docs. Check if they are signed and legible. We know this is not always possible, but poor quality images could take longer to translate and impact the overall process.
|
Estimating your ProjectWe will calculate every page in your file and estimate the volume of text, complexity, lay-out, language, and other characteristics. We will e-mail you your total cost and let you know how long it will take to complete your translations. Keep in mind that the more pages you send, the lower your price-per-page will be. Also, additional services, such as expedited or same-day translations, notary, printing/mailing, etc., may be charged separately.

Paying for your ProjectIt is very easy to pay for your project! We accept Zelle, Major Credit Cards (*fees may apply), Bank transfers in the US, Bank transfers in Brazil (*conditions apply), and other methods of payment. Check with us if you have any questions or special needs.
